Ownership of deliverables created under a specific client engagement is governed by the written agreement (statement of work or contract) for that engagement. In the absence of a separate written agreement, and once all applicable fees have been paid in full, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks owned by MyTech Solutions or third parties.

Service Engagements

Any software, web, or mobile development services we provide are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract agreed with the client, which will set out scope, timeline, deliverables, and any engagement-specific terms. These Terms apply to general use of the Site and, to the extent not otherwise addressed, to our services generally.

Quotes and estimates provided through this Site or in initial conversations are preliminary and subject to change following a full discovery and scoping process.

Fees & Payment

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or contract and may be structured as fixed-price, milestone-based, dedicated-team monthly billing, or hourly consulting, as agreed with the client. Invoices are due according to the payment terms specified in that agreement.

Late payments may result in a pause of active work until outstanding balances are resolved.

Liability & Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Our liability in connection with any paid service engagement is limited as set out in the applicable signed agreement for that engagement, and in no case exceeds the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Termination of a specific service engagement is governed by the notice and termination provisions of the applicable signed agreement for that engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyTech Solutions is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
